Real Madrid fear Ronaldo-Capello blow-up.

Ruud van Nistelrooy is Real Madrid coach Fabio Capello's No1 striker for this season.

DiarioSport says a move away for Ronaldo will be top of the agenda for Real in January after failing to offload the Brazilian before Thursday's transfer deadline.

Ronaldo isn't keen to play under Capello, while the Real coach considers Van Nistelrooy his No1 centre-forward and will only consider the Brazilian should he be injured. Real's moneymen also want to see the player's sale to balance the books.

It's reported that Real officials are nervous about the tense relationship between the pair. With four months until the winter market opens, it's said that the situation could publicly explode at any time.
