Ronaldo ruled out of Barça clash.

The Spanish Sporting Disclipline Commission (CSDD) ruled against Real Madrid's appeal for the suspension imposed on Ronaldo following his sending-off against Getafe last weekend, to be suspended, which definitely rules him out of the first 'classic' of the season that will take place in the Nou Camp tommorow night at 9pm in Canal +'s televised game.

The Brazilian striker was sent off after picking up two yellow cards after coming on a substitute during last Sunday's disappointing defeat to Getafe.

The first came in the 81st minute for "pushing over an opponent in a challenge for the ball," according the referee's report, which explains that the second, in the 89th minute was for "a blatant protest" after the referee yellow-carded Ruud van Nistelrooy for the same offence.

Since his return from knee surgery, the former Nou Camp old boy has played just 56 minutes of first-team football in two appearances as a substitute.

For their part, the champions are without Samuel Eto'o, who is in danger of missing the rest of the season after picking up a serious knee injury.
